By booking a stay at Urban Nest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Check-In:
   • Valid government ID is required at check-in.
   • Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
2. Payment:
   • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
   • Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways.
3. No Food Service:
   • Urban Nest provides only stay and in-room amenities (Wi-Fi, kettle, parking, 24/7 security). Food services are not included.
4. Cancellations & No-Show:
   • As per our cancellation policy, one night’s charge applies in case of no-show or late cancellations.
5. Guest Conduct:
   • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect property rules.
   • Any damage to property or disturbance to other guests may result in penalties.
6. Liability:
   • The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not secured properly. Safekeeping assistance is available at reception.
