Cancellation & Refund

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

Cancellation Policy:

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in, one night’s room charge will be deducted.
• In case of no-show (guest does not arrive on the booking date), one night’s room charge will be deducted from the booking amount.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Transaction/processing fees (if any) charged by banks or gateways are non-refundable.
