Service Fulfilment Policy

As we provide hospitality services (room stays) and not physical goods, “delivery” refers to the fulfillment of room bookings.

• Once payment is completed, guests will receive an email confirmation and booking reference within minutes.
• The confirmed booking entitles the guest to stay at Urban Nest on the specified dates.
• There is no physical shipping of goods involved.
